Therapy in Fort Collins, CO

Specializing in Anxiety, Trauma, & Women in Mid-Life

Where worry grows quiet, old wounds find peace, and the weight you’ve carried begins to release.

Something in you knows it's time.

You've been holding it together for so long running on willpower and the sheer force of love for everyone around you. And still, there's this quiet ache that keeps surfacing. In the shower. At 2 a.m. On the drive home when the radio is off.

That ache isn't weakness. It's an invitation.

You belong here.

Therapy doesn't have to feel like a clinical transaction. It can feel like finally being able to say the thing you've been carrying in silence and discovering that someone else understands.

This is a place for the anxiety that won't quiet down, the wounds that never quite healed, and the women who are changing in ways they didn't expect and can't always name. If any of that is you, you're in the right place.

I’m Megan and I am here for you!

I work with adult men and women who are looking to find relief from anxiety and complex trauma, as well as women navigating the changes of midlife and perimenopause. You've been thinking about this for a while, and you're ready for the next step. Whether you're coming to therapy for the very first time or you've been before and walked away wondering if healing was really possible for you, you're in the right place. I provide my clients with a genuine, attuned therapy experience. That experience, combined with EMDR's ability to go beyond talking and into the body where old pain actually lives, means we can do the slow, honest work of showing up together until something genuinely shifts. You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. The hardest part is often just deciding to start and you've done that! All you have to do is show up, I'll meet you there.
